*Moisture Control System Parts & Service:

To guarantee our customers the utmost support we offer on-going service for the Moisture Control System, either by phone or in the customer facility if required.

Customer Support:

Our representatives are available to help with any problem our customer may encounter. Just call our main office and someone will respond as soon as possible.

Heater Repair & Replacement Parts:

If an existing heater is burned out we can often rebuild it for a fraction of the cost of a new heater. However, we do carry a supply of heaters as well as other replacement parts for your MCS panel.

*Refurbish Older Panel:

Our new panels contain upgrades that have made this a superior moisture control system, such as a new electrical box and water metering pump. In most cases, we can install this equipment and upgrade your existing panel. Contact our office for a written proposal.

New Electrical Box & Water Metering Pump Packages:

Customers have the option to upgrade an existing panel in their own facility.

We offer both the new electrical box upgrade and water metering pump upgrade as separate packages. The customer can install one or both units.

New Electrical Box:

This consists of a digital read-out temperature controller w/ high and low temperature shut-off and audio alarm. It also contains the heater thermostat which will insure longer heater life.

Water Metering Pump:

This pump replaces the old water flow meter. This pump will provide a precise and constant water flow.

*Furnace Dew Point Analysis:

We provide in-plant dew point analysis of your continuous belt furnaces. Our representatives are available to conduct these services in your facility at your request.

*Consulting:

With over 50+ years of experience in the metals industry, including metallurgist and Sr. Principle Atmosphere Specialist, F.A.S.T. Inc. offers consulting services for powdered metal sintering problems, as well as atmosphere and furnace process analysis. Both of these services have saved customers thousands of dollars in operating costs.
